Me. Clermond Elcea began his academic journey studying Anthropo-Sociology (1992–1996), followed by Legal Sciences at the Faculty of Law in Gonaïves (1995–1999), and completed a Master’s degree in Development Sciences (1999–2001).
Admitted to the Bar of Port-au-Prince on April 3, 2009, he has built a distinguished career spanning over 15 years. With more than 1,000 cases handled, his approach combines rigorous legal preparation, deep empathy for clients, and unwavering ethical standards.
A founding member of DESAFRODH (an organization defending the rights of people with disabilities in Haiti), and co-founder of Cabinet Balance d’Or (alongside Mes. Joseph Briel Latice, Charles Ezael, and Mude Muller), Me.
